These product updates are all the fun of a winter snow day with none of the driveway shoveling! To start the year off on a high note, our Product and Engineering teams have some exciting updates for you. We're particularly delighted to highlight these three:
- New Skills Evaluation Frameworks
- Enhancements to Greenhouse integration
- Upgraded analytics in CodeSignal Learn
New Skills Evaluation Frameworks
Certified Evaluations built on CodeSignal's Skills Evaluation Frameworks are role-relevant assessments without the upkeep hassle. The Skills Evaluation Frameworks under the hood are written by subject matter experts, validated by Industrial-Organizational Psychologists, and maintained by CodeSignal. And starting this month, you can leverage three new Skills Evaluation Frameworks to make the right hires, faster.
The new CUDA, React Native, and Prompt Engineer Frameworks address in-demand roles. With the CUDA Framework, you can target roles like GPU Engineers, CUDA Developers, and Deep Learning Engineers. The CUDA assessment covers foundational knowledge of parallel computing, memory management, kernel programming, and optimization techniques, among other day-to-day CUDA skills.
Or try a Certified Evaluation built on the React Native Framework. In addition to React Native Developers, this assessment can help you hire Mobile Application Architects, Mobile App Developers, iOS Engineers, and Android Developers. This Framework covers React Native fundamentals, navigation, state management, styling and layout, and performance optimization for mobile apps.
Lastly, the Prompt Engineer Framework assesses test-takers on prompt testing and iteration, prompt design and development, tasks analysis, and outcome definition. The Certified Evaluation built on this Framework is particularly useful when hiring for Prompt Engineers, AI Agent Engineers, and AI Products Engineers.

Enhancements to Greenhouse integration
Greenhouse can be a valuable tool for staying on top of your hiring funnel. It already pairs seamlessly with CodeSignal via our integration, and this month we've added some great enhancements to take that synergy even further. Starting this month, it's easier than ever to see integrity information in your regular workflow.
CodeSignal will now send integrity flag data, including question-level suspicion scores, directly to Greenhouse. From the Greenhouse UI, you'll be able to see when CodeSignal recommends reviewing a test-taker's submission for potential third-party assistance. You'll also see the associated risk level for each submission, giving you actionable information in line with your everyday tools.

Upgraded analytics in CodeSignal Learn
We're excited to share a brand-new Analytics experience within CodeSignal Learn! In addition to an updated UX, Learn Analytics now offers deeper drill-downs into each individual's progress. You'll also see new metrics around learner usage and engagement, allowing you to make informed decisions about how best to support your team's learning.
Choose a specific skill at the top of the Skills tab in the Analytics dashboard to explore deeper insights on your team's progress with that skill. And if your team is interested in further learning recommendations, the bottom of the dashboard includes a list of paths that feature the skill in question. Find even more valuable insights in the Paths and Usage tabs!
