It must be time for a summer potluck, because we have a smorgasbord of product updates from the CodeSignal Product and Engineering teams. This month, we're highlighting three of our favorites:
Our UI refresh is live!
We've teased parts of our UI refresh before, and now it's available for everyone to enjoy. You'll see new layouts and colorways across CodeSignal, from labels to assessment reports and user management pages.
Starting this month, select customers will also see an assessment table redesign that makes it easier to scan for at-a-glance insights, including quickly checking the proctoring status of each assessment.
These changes don't remove any functionality. We hope this makes it even easier to enjoy the fresh new look and layout of some of our most commonly-used pages. To see exactly what's changing, check out our interactive demo here.
Read about our favorite tips for getting the most out of the CodeSignal UI:
- Create and apply labels to assessments, assessment results and interviews
- Mark a coding question as a "favorite"

New General Refactoring Assessment
We know how much you love new Certified Assessments, so we're launching another one this month! The General Refactoring Assessment evaluates core software engineering skills, with a focus on API design awareness and systematic refactoring. With this Certified Assessment, test-takers can demonstrate their ability to integrate new source code requirements while preserving existing functionality.
Refactoring affects many engineering positions, and being able to navigate an iterative, test-driven workflow is vital for real-world coding. This new Certified Assessment is a great tool for assessing skills across multiple roles.

New integration with Jobvite
We're excited to announce our new integration with Jobvite! Now you can seamlessly combine CodeSignal's test-taker skill insights and robust Certified Assessment library with your team's Jobvite workflow.
There's no need to juggle logging into multiple systems anymore—you can send assessment and interview invites from Jobvite and receive results directly in Jobvite, too. The integration also supports labels, pushing integrity review information, and so much more!
