Multi-lingual AI interviews
This month, CodeSignal’s AI Interviewer went multilingual, supporting the top 20 languages spoken globally. Candidates can now complete AI interviews in their native language, which—along with 24/7 availability—makes interviews more accessible to talent across the world.
By removing language barriers, multi-lingual AI interviews help candidates focus on demonstrating their skills rather than translating questions in real time. For hiring teams, this means a larger, more diverse talent pool and a more equitable evaluation experience.
