How to use Cosmo to discover Certified Assessments
- Under Content, click Certified Assessments. (Alternatively, you can also reach Certified Assessments from the Assessments dashboard by clicking + Create and selecting Assessment).
- Click Chat with Cosmo.
- Describe the role or skills you’re hiring for
- Clarify whether there is specialization within the role
- Cosmo analyzes your input and suggests and assessment. Click View to review the details.
6. Click Use Assessment in order to name it and begin inviting candidates!
