To view the reason your test-taker's results were rejected, follow these steps:
1. From your CodeSignal account, click Assessments.
2. Go to the Assessments tab and choose the assessment in question.
3. Navigate to the Results tab and use the “Proctoring status” dropdown menu to filter and view only non-verified reports.
To locate your test-taker's invitation, use the search bar.
4. To view the reason for a test-taker's Expired status, look within the Status field. Reasons include:
- Invite Expired - test-taker did not open the assessment invitation
- Invite Declined - test-taker opened the assessment invitation and declined to complete it
5. Rejected results can be found in the Results field by filtering the Proctoring status field by Proctoring Rejected.
In order to view the reason for rejection, click on the candidate’s name to open their report.
Then hover over “Proctoring Rejected” next to the candidate’s name to see the rejection reason.
