Submitting a Refund Request
If you are located within a country or region in which CodeSignal will honor a refund, please submit your request to CodeSignal's Support team within the specific number of days from the start of your Learn subscription.
When will I receive my refund?
Once CodeSignal has processed your refund request, you will receive your refund within 5-10 days, depending on your financial institution or location. Once processed, the refund cannot be reversed.
If it has been more than 10 business days since CodeSignal processed your refund request, please contact your bank to confirm the status of the refund. If the bank cannot confirm the status of the refund, please contact CodeSignal Support.
