You know the saying: April showers bring May… product improvements! In this month’s product release note, we’re highlighting three product changes that enhance user experience for company users:
- Customize expiration emails to candidates
- Easily re-invite new company users to CodeSignal
- The Task Library is now the Question Library
Customize expiration emails to candidates
Customers can now edit their expiration email copy for evaluations in Pre-Screen and Tech Screen, just like they can for invitation and reminder emails. You'll find the tab for editing the expiration email in the same place, too: under the "Email" tab while editing a Pre-Screen Test or Certify assessment. This allows you to fully align the messaging and voice in your expiration emails to your company’s recruiting process.
Some customers choose to provide detailed information about re-taking an assessment on CodeSignal, while others prefer to leave this out. The choice is yours.

Easily re-invite new company users to CodeSignal
Still waiting on that one colleague to accept their invitation to CodeSignal? Or perhaps more than one? Now, CodeSignal admins at your company can easily re-send invitations to their colleagues in one bulk action. No need to revoke and then resend the invitation.

The Task Library is now the Question Library
All the Tasks you know and love are still there—the only change is that now, they’re called Questions! “Questions” better reflects the wide range of content offered in the CodeSignal platform.
