Our New Year's resolution is to bring you exciting new product updates, and we're starting out strong! This month, we're highlighting three features that are graduating to general availability:
Improved practice experience for Pre-Screen candidates
Candidates invited to take an assessment on CodeSignal have long been able to first take a practice version of the assessment. This allows them to get acquainted with the CodeSignal IDE and the types of questions they will be asked, improving candidate experience.
We’ve revamped the practice experience for candidates to be even more tailored to the specific Pre-Screen the candidate has been invited to take, and to reduce confusion between the practice assessment and their real assessment. Candidates will now have access to a curated menu of sample practice questions representative of what they will see in their Pre-Screen assessment—or assessments, if invited to take multiple different assessments.

Pre-Screen Analytics is now available for all CodeSignal Pre-Screen customers! This dashboard is available for both Certified Evaluations and Custom Pre-Screens, and shows per-assessment metrics like an Assessment Funnel Breakdown, Scoring Overview, and Skill Area Analysis. Pre-Screen Analytics is designed to answer key process questions and quantify results for each assessment.
We've heard from users that Pre-Screen Analytics provides indispensable insights about pain points in the hiring funnel, enabling teams to streamline and optimize their industry-leading hiring processes. We hope you'll find these analytics a valuable addition to your hiring workflow, too.

We're also excited to extend Executive Analytics availability to all CodeSignal Pre-Screen customers. Another facet of the new CodeSignal Analytics experience, this dashboard gives you the tools you need to connect the performance of your hiring process to real-world cost savings and time reduction.
Executive Analytics presents unified metrics about your CodeSignal usage as a whole. Where Pre-Screen Analytics looks at individual assessments, Executive Analytics helps you see the bigger picture about how your hiring process as a whole has improved with CodeSignal. From here, keep an eye on your estimated ROI, overall talent map, and candidate experience ratings.
