One of the most important considerations in a fair hiring process is ensuring that your candidates are representing their abilities accurately. We're constantly polishing our security measures to help give you peace of mind that you're seeing the most accurate results possible. Today we'd like to welcome you to sign up to experience Suspicion Score, our newest tool to help you make sense of risks and detect any red flags early on.
Suspicion Score is a part of a candidate's Coding Report. It flags potentially suspicious activity from a variety of sources and condenses that information into a single metric, to help you maintain the integrity of your hiring process. To do this, we look for markers that indicate AI-aided submissions, submissions from previous candidates, code that might have received outside help, and other unethical behavior. Coding Reports let you dive deep into a candidate's preparation for the role. These reports go beyond pure coding score to show you specific skill areas and code quality. We've redesigned Coding Reports to offer deeper insights and a more holistic view. The redesigned reports include new metrics like Suspicion Score, and enhance the flow and design for more familiar metrics, bringing out the information you need to make informed decisions when reviewing individual candidates.
